Why do I need to register using a unique email?

It's required to create a unique login for the conference app you'll use to build your agenda. It also ensures all attendees receive meeting communication.

How do I update attendee registration information? 

Use these instructions to make changes. This includes switching your registration to another employee in your practice, if needed. The deadline to modify registrations is December 28.

How do I add a Pre-Conference Workshop to my existing registration?

Use these instructions to change your ticket type. No fees apply, just pay the ticket price difference. Deadline to add is December 28 unless they sell out before.

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, cancellations prior to October 26 will receive a full refund. Cancellations from October 27-December 28 will receive a 50% refund, and no refunds will be issued after December 28.

Reminder you can transfer your registration to another employee within your practice prior to December 28 free of charge.


What time should I schedule my flight to arrive?

The recommended flight arrival time is 3:00 PM. This will give you plenty of time to collect your bags, check into the hotel, stop by registration and get ready for the kickoff Welcome Reception which starts at 7:00 PM.

If you're attending a Pre-Conference Workshop Thursday, we recommend you fly in Wednesday evening.

What time should I schedule my flight to depart?

The conference adjourns at 3:30 PM on Saturday. If you promptly collect your bags and head to the airport, you can safely catch any flight departing at 7:00 PM.

Note: You can take advantage of the discounted group hotel rate up to three days after the conference if you'd like to extend your stay!


What is the dress code?

Business casual. Bring a light jacket—sometimes the meeting rooms are cold.

What do I need to bring?

We will provide a pen and notebook at check-in. No other items are required.

Can I bring my own device?

Absolutely! If you are server-based, please make sure you have proper remote access set up. We will not be able to assist with this on site.

Will there be WiFi?

Yes, complimentary WiFi will be available throughout the meeting space.


What is the dress code?

Comfortable, casual attire is recommended for both events. We also advise you to check the weather prior to arrival, as a light jacket may be needed. The majority of both events will be outside.

How do I purchase guest tickets?

Guests tickets are available for purchase during the registration check-out process. If you've already registered for the meeting and would like to purchase guest tickets, please email us.

Are kids welcome?

At your discretion, but we do not advise children to attend, as both events are geared toward adults and will have an open bar.
